Safety instructions

 General safety

  • Read this manual carefully before using the Device.

  • Use the product only within the temperature and humidity limits specified in the technical data sheet.

  • The Device is designed for indoor use only.

  • If the Device becomes damaged, isolate it from all electrics and seek advice from a qualified electrician.

⚠️ Installation and placement

  • Do not install the product near heat sources such as radiators, etc..

  • The wireless socket should be connected only to a properly installed wall socket.

  • Do not connect the Device in series (do not plug one smart socket into another).

⚠️ Usage

  • Do not overload the specified capacity (max. 16A / 3680W). Overloading may cause short circuit and electric shock.

  • For safety reasons, insert the plug fully into the outlet when in use.

  • Keep the Device away from children.

  • Do not connect damaged cables or appliances.

  • The Device is not designed to work with 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks; ensure your network operates at 2.4 GHz.

⚠️ Maintenance and repairs

  • Do not allow the Device to fall or be subjected to mechanical loads.

  • Do not use chemically active or abrasive detergents to clean the product. Use a damp flannel cloth for this purpose.

  • Do not disassemble the product yourself. Diagnostics and repairs must be carried out only at a certified service center.

  • Do not open the back of the Smart Socket as this will void your warranty.

⚠️ Disposal information (WEEE)

  • According to the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE - 2012/19/EU), this product must not be disposed of as regular household waste.
